The tomb of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson
Situated directly in the crypt beneath the central dome of St. Paul's Cathedral. Nelson was killed at the Battle of Trafalgar on October 21, 1805, and laid to rest during a grand state funeral on January 9, 1806.
